Shoulder MRI - HAGL or iatrogenic extravasation?

Описание к видео Shoulder MRI - HAGL or iatrogenic extravasation?

In this weeks video, I show you two options to handle HAGL lesions on MRI. An easy one and the real one. HAGL lesions might be overcalled and sometimes extravasation of Gadolinium might be iatrogenic after arthrography, through either tiny holes in the axillary pouch or through the weakest point of the inferior glenohumeral ligament complex. The scientific literature is not 100% clear on what to describe on MRI and it is certainly not a black and white answer. In this video (part 1) I give you some background and in next weeks video (part 2) we go through some cases together with a little discussion.
