Take a movement break with us using a resistance band (or a pair of stretchy pants) for an added challenge! We'll work major muscle groups and ease into dynamic stretches to help you explore your body's strength, flexibility and range of motion.

Tutu Mora (Dorothy) is a PMA-certified Pilates instructor, certified Breathwork facilitator and Clinical Qigong practitioner. She is based in Chicago and offers virtual and in-person sessions and treatments at LightSpace Pilates & Wellness Studio. Suggested props include a resistance band, a loop band and a mat. If you don't have a resistance band, just grab a pair of stretchy pants.
