Director, Public Education-cum-Additional Secretary, Education Department's letter no. 909 dated 19.06.2024 for employment on vacant posts of Main Resource Person (KRP) of Madhubani district under Mahadalit, Dalit, Minority Backward Class Akshar Aanchal Scheme. As per the decision taken by the District Level Planning Committee, category wise "Provisional Merit List" is being published for perusal of the candidates in view of invitation of objections and thereafter for preparation of final merit list. The provisional merit list is attached with this necessary information. Candidates will keep the following facts in mind while submitting their objection.

(1) Objection invitation will be taken only for 15 days from the publication of the provisional merit list. No objection will be considered after 15 days of publication of the provisional merit list.

(2) Objections will be accepted through the following means:-

(i) By post at the following address:

(3) The provisional merit list has been prepared in the light of the applications given by the candidates to the department. Therefore, only those candidates will file objection who have applied and whose name has been published in the provisional merit list.

(4) According to departmental guidelines and departmental orders, only those candidates having literacy experience are given a surcharge of five marks per year on the basis of experience. Experience marks surcharge is considered for candidates having literacy experience only on the basis of their monitoring enlightenment work. Therefore, the merit list has been prepared by adding experience surcharge on the basis of monitoring monitoring work in the field of literacy after the approval of the planning authority.

The conditions for selection of KRP are as follows
The minimum educational qualification for application will be graduation from a recognized university or equivalent.
The age limit of the applicant will be minimum 21 years and maximum 45 years. Under the programme, relaxation of 05 years in the maximum age limit will be given on the basis of certificate of literacy workers who have experience of monitoring

The planning will be done considering the year January 01 2024 as the base.

The post of KRP is unpaid and completely temporary in nature. Volunteers
individuals willing to volunteer their time for literacy campaign can apply for this.

The headquarters of KRP will be the block office.
