Seiki model SE47FY19 Led TV powers On, light turns blue, but there is no video or backlight, repair.

This is another backlight repair on a 47 inch Seiki Led television, model SE47FY19. This television powers ON, and the red standby light at the bottom turns Blue; but there is no obvious picture, video, or backlight on the screen. In some instances you will still have sound or audio if the television is still on an active input. If you look at the screen closely after powering the television on, you will probably see a quick backlight flash on the screen; giving you an indication that you definitely have a backlight problem.
