Mascarpone 120g
Whipping cream 75g

Tips

The sweetness in each layer of phyllo sheets, if not using sugar, can be substituted with molasses or honey liquid. Alternatively, you can drizzle with lemon syrup before serving to enhance the flavour and aroma, depending on the level of sweetness you desire
