Anglo-Indian word 'Chop', imported from the British is a widely popular snack in West Bengal and Bangladesh. It is essentially the bengali version of the famous croquette or the austrian schnitzel. Over the years it has reached other parts of India and has become a widely popular evening snack. Usually served with Muri (puffed rice) or salads, we have given our own unique twist to this Paneer Chop. Hope you like it. Below are the ingredients.

Ingredients:

1. Paneer -- 200 gms.
2. Salt
3. Chaat masala -- a pinch
4. Onion -- 2 pcs.
5. Ginger(Ada) -- 15 gms.
6. Garlic(Roshun) -- 2 pcs.
7. Green Chillies -- 2 pcs.
8. Coriander Leaves-- small bunch
9. Peanuts -- 25 pcs.
10. Dry Red Chilli -- 1 pc.
11. Kashmiri Red Chilli powder -- 1 tsp.
12. Turmeric powder -- 1/2 tsp.
13. Coriander powder -- 1 tsp.
14. Amchur powder -- 1 tsp.
15. Bhaja Masala -- 1 tsp.
-Cumin seeds
-Coriander seeds
-Fennel seeds
-Dry Red Chilli
-Bay leaf
16. Maida/White Flour
17. Cornflour -- 2 tsp.
18. Water
19. Breadcrumbs
20. Black Pepper powder -- a pinch
21. Cooking Oil
