🥣 Cake Ingredients:
1 Medium Egg
8 G Orange Zest
60 G Sugar
50 ML Cooking Oil
120 ML Milk
170 G Flour
8 G Baking Powder
Homemade Syrup
Homemade Jam

🥣 Cake Topping Cream:
1 Cup Milk
1/2 Cup Sugar
2 TBSP Wheat Flour
1 Egg Yolk
1 TSP Orange Zest
20 G Butter
1/2 TSP Vanilla Sugar

✤ Bake in a preheated oven at 175 C for 20-25 minutes.

🧑‍🍳Cooking tips:
Be sure to sift the flour 1-2 times.
Make sure, all the ingredients are out of the refrigerator and at room temperature, then add them.
Insert the tooth pick into the cake, if tooth pick comes out clean without any cake sticking, it means the cake is perfectly done.
Let the cake cool completely, then cut and serve.
Every oven is so different. The bake settings in my post is just a reference for you. You may need to experiment with your oven to know at which point of temp the cake will crack and adjust from there.
