I hope you enjoy seeing what we buy for a weekly food shop.
Here is a list of what meals we have plan

Meal Plan -

Shepherds pie

Meatballs and mash
Ingredients:
- 500g of meatballs, you can buy pre rolled or make your own
- 2 x onions cut into rings
- 2-3 tbsp tomato purée
- 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp oregano
- 1 tsp onion granules
- 3 crushed garlic cloves
- Salt and pepper
- 400ml of beef stock
- 2 tbsp bistro gravy powder with 50ml waterJacket potatos

Slow cooked Fajita chicken pasta
Ingredients
- 3 x chicken breasts
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp oregano
- 1 tsp chilli
- 1 tbsp paprika
- 4-5 garlic cloves crushed
- 1 x onion
- 2 x cans of chopped tomatoes
- Red pepper
- 3 tbsp of soured cream
- 300g dry penne pasta
- 200ml + chicken stock - you may need more keep an eye
- 100g cheddar cheese
- Salt and pepper
- Fresh coriander / chilli to garnish

Home made soup
Ingredients
- 12 x tomatoes 🍅
- 2 tbsp tomato purée 🍅
- 2 x cans of chopped tomatoes 🥫
- 5 garlic cloves 🧄
- 1 x onion 🧅
- Salt and pepper 🧂
- 1 celery stick
- 2 carrots 🥕
- 1 x handful of fresh basil 🌿
- 1 tsp oregano 🌿
- 1 litre of veg stock 🥬
