This moderate level wrist and hand free yoga flow is designed to boost your energy and help you feel good!

✅ No weight bearing in the hands or wrists
✅ No weight bearing in the arms at all

In this fun, lighthearted practice we balance strength and flexibility:
✅ Leg and hip strength in challenging standing balances
✅ Mandala style flow (between the front and back of the mat)
✅ Fully body practice!
✅ Seated hip and hamstring stretches
✅ Well deserved shavasana

Suitable for:
Wrist injury
Elbow injury
Hand injury
Shoulder injury*
if you have frozen shoulder or can’t lift your arms over head please adapt the arm positions in a way that doesn’t cause you pain or discomfort
