Ingredient:-

1. Moong dal 1 bowl
2. Green chilli
3. Ginger
4. Semolina (suji)1/4 bowl
5. Curd
6. Red capsicum
7. Carrot
8. Onion
9. Coriander
10. Moringa leaves
11. White til
12. Black pepper powder
13. Salt
14. Eno


Recipe:-
1.First of all soak moong dal for 2-3 hours and then grind it in a mixer.


2. Now add green chillies and chopped ginger to it and grind it well once again.
3. Now take semolina in a separate bowl and add half a bowl of curd and dal and mix it well.
4. Now add red capsicum, chopped carrots, chopped onion, coriander, moringa leaves and dal and mix it well.
5. Now add white till black pepper powder and salt as per taste and mix well.
6. Now mix all the ingredients well. , Now keep water in a side streamer to heat.
7. When the water in the steamer gets hot, apply oil on the idli stand so that the idli does not stick.
8. Now that we have prepared it better, put 1 sachet of Eno in it or put it in the idli stand and keep it for 15 to 18 minutes to steam.
9. Check after 15 to 18 minutes when the idli is cooked properly, take it out and serve with red chutney.

Idlis are low calorie healthy meals But today i have healthiest by adding more protein. I made with daal. one idli regular size is :35-39 calories, 2-3gm protin but in Today recipe protein wll be upto 5gm 2-5gm dietary fibres 6-10 gm carbohydrates iron calcium etc
