We know everyone like Turkish Get-Ups, so here's a twist to our TGU workout today:
-1 Get Up, Two Hand Style, with One Kettlebell.
-1 Straddle Press (during the Get Up), on the way up only.
-3 Total Reps of that.
REST 1 Minute.
SWITCH sides.
REPEAT 3-5 times each side.
