నూతన మూడు క్రిమినల్ న్యాయ చట్టాల అమలు వెంటనే నిలిపి వేయాలి. భారతీయ న్యాయసంహిత (BNS), భారతీయ న్యాయసురక్షసంహిత (BNSS), భారతీయ న్యాయసాక్ష్యాదినయం (బస ),పాత సీసాలో కొత్త సారా లాంటివి . సరిఅయినా చర్చలు లేకుండా, ప్రజల, న్యాయవాదసంఘాల , బార్ కౌన్సిల్స్, న్యాయవ్యస్థ తో సంప్రదించకుండా అభిప్రాయసేకరణ లేకుండా, ముఖ్యనగ పార్లమెంట్ లో సమగ్ర చర్చ , విశ్లేషణ లేకుండా ప్రతిపక్షాలను బహిష్కరించి ఆమోదించి అమలు చేస్తున్న ఈ చట్టాలు వున్నా చట్టాల లోని అనేక నిబంధనలను కొనసాగిస్తూ అంతకంటే ఎక్కువ కఠిన నిబంధనలతో ప్రభుత్వానికి ,పోలీస్ వ్యవస్థకు మరిన్ని అధికారులిస్తూ వున్నా ఈ చట్టాలను పునఃపరిశీలించాలి.ఈ చట్టాలపై శ్రీ. జయరాజు ఎగ్గొని సీనియర్ న్యాయవాది తెలుగు విశ్లేషణ ప్రసంగం . దయచేసి ఈ వీడియో ప్రసంగం చూడండి వినండి. మీకు నచ్చితే మీ స్నేహితులకు పంపండి. ధన్యవాదాలు. They must be put for debate in public domain and Parliament for reconsideration.These Laws are nothing but old wine in new bottle. Some of the provisions are draconian and vague giving wide powers to the police adversely affecting the fundamental rights of citizens.
