(Viral Dubai Chocolate Bar Inspired)

Pistachio Kunafa Brownies is an innovative dish that combines the softness of chocolate in brownies with the crunchiness of Kunafa and the softness of rich pistachios.

Pistachio Kunafa Brownies, a dish that combines the typical flavors and textures of the Middle East with the classic taste of brownies from the West. Combining these two dishes results in crunchy Kunafa and soft brownies.

Ingredients
Brownie
1 cup white sugar
1/3 cup cocoa powder
1/2 cup all purpose flour
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp baking powder
2 eggs
Oil 1/2 cup
Vanilla essence 1 tsp
1/2 cup milk chocolate chips

Pistachio kunafa spread
190 g pistachio paste
200g Kataifi shredded
Chopped pistachios 3 tbsp
3 tbsp butter

Chocolate Ganache
Heavy cream 1/2 cup
1 cup milk chocolate

Preparations
1. First, preheat oven to 180ºC/350ºF. Line a baking pan with parchment paper , grease it with a non-stick cooking spray or oil. Set aside.
2. Sift your dry ingredients into a large bowl.
3. Add dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix until well combined. Add 1/2 cup milk chocolates and folds with a spatula.
4. Pour the batter into the baking pan and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the top is set.
5. While the brownies cool make the top filling.
6. Chop kataifi and set aside. Melt butter in a pan over medium heat then add chopped kataifi and toast it for about 10 minutes or until crispy and golden brown.
7. Allow to cool down for 15 minutes. Add the pistachio butter, Tahini and chopped pistachios and mix well until combined.
8. Layer the pistachio kunafa over the cooled brownies.
9. Chocolate ganache - Heat heavy cream in a saucepan over medium heat until bubbles appears on the edge of the saucepan. Turn off the heat. Add chocolate chips and let it sit for 3 minutes until the chocolate is melted and stir until well combined. Let it cool. Choose high-quality chocolate. That will give a richer and deeper taste to the dish.
10. Then pour over the pistachio kunafa layer. Decorate with a drizzle of white chocolate/pistachio butter and make a pattern.
11. Refrigerate it for 30 minutes or until the ganache is harden. Cut the brownie into pieces and enjoy! Absolutely love it! Must try
