My Body is geared for younger kids and includes tracing the students body and attaching various parts as they are studied.

The Body Book is aimed for grades 3-6 but could be used with other ages. Some of the systems studied can be attached together to make a life-size model on paper. Other systems are not to scale and can be made as individual projects.
