In this episode of our Half Lap of Australia, we dive deeper into the Ningaloo Coast and explore the stunning combination of outback and ocean! Join us—Megan, Stuey, Evelyn, and Thea—as we embrace the best of Exmouth, from snorkeling with sea creatures to watching a baby humpback whale steal the show.

Day 34: Our adventure begins at the Jurabi Turtle Centre, but while the turtles remained elusive, we didn't let that stop us. Next, we ventured to Yardie Creek, an iconic saltwater crossing where we found it dry and soft, offering a challenge for some drivers. Then it was time to hit the beaches—starting with Osprey Bay for snorkeling (until Stu made a hasty exit after spotting a sea snake). The highlight of the day? Visiting Turquoise Bay, where Stu finally ticked off a bucket list item by swimming with a turtle! 🐢 After a day of beach hopping, we capped it off with a magical whale-watching experience—seeing a baby humpback whale put on an unforgettable show!

Day 35: It was time to bid farewell to Exmouth, but not before enjoying one last stop at Coral Bay, where we indulged in lunch and a swim at yet another pristine beach along the Ningaloo coast.

Next Episode: Our journey continues as we leave Coral Bay behind and head to Warroora Station, ready to settle in for a few nights of camping along this breathtaking coastline.
