Imagine that you are a potential home buyer, and you come to view the home only to be greeted by a crazy overgrown yard. What would you do in that instant? Well I found a home for sale that had just that. To make it worse, they had a showing lined up the following day with no intention of getting the yard cleaned up prior to showing.
