In this video I show you my favourite grip aid products from Sticky Molly. It is made for aerial fitness like pole dance, hoop, silks etc. but also works amazing for calisthenics and outdoor trainings. I used liquid rosin for my pull ups training on the beach which worked so well!
If you usually have sweaty hands during training then I recommend liquid chalk which dries your skin. If you have dry hands and you don't have enough grip (me!) then use liquid rosin. It's very tacky and makes you stick to the pole like nothing else haha. I even managed to do one-handed spins for the first time! I was shocked and luckily I have it on camera 😜
