Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Banana Bread Recipe (Eggless)
200 grams very ripe bananas, mashed (2 bananas)
75 grams yogurt, room temperature
50 grams milk, room temperature
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
170 grams all purpose flour
30 grams cocoa powder
100 grams caster sugar
50 grams brown sugar
100 grams peanut butter (I've used chunky, you can use smooth too)
1 teaspoon cinnamon powder
100 grams salted butter, melted (You can use edible oil instead)
50 grams walnuts, chopped roughly (You can use peanuts instead)
70 grams dark chocolate, chopped roughly
2 tablespoons all purpose flour (to coat the walnuts and chocolate)
1 tablespoon demerara brown sugar or granulated sugar to sprinkle on top of the banana bread batter before baking
a handful of peanuts to sprinkle on top of the banana bread before baking

Preheat oven to 170 C.

Bake at 170 C for 50 minutes - 1 hour. Insert a knife, skewer or toothpick in the centre of the banana bread, it should emerge clean. That's when you know your eggless chocolate peanut butter banana bread is ready!

The loaf tin used is an 8 inch aluminium loaf tin
