Ingredients for Shahi White Mutton Korma Recipe
3 Tbsp Oil
1 Black Cardamom
2-3 Pc Cinnamon
4-5 Cloves
3 Green Cardamom
1 Sliced Onion
500gms Mutton
2 Tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
1 Tbsp Crushed Green Chillies
1 Tsp Salt
3-4Tbsp Water
10-12 Cashew Nuts
10-12 Almonds
3 Green Cardamom
1/4th Flower Of Mace
1 Tsp Poppy Seeds
1/2 Cup Curd
2 Tbsp Ghee
1 Bay Leaf
1 Tbsp Dried Fenugreek Leaves
1 Tbsp Water
1 Tsp White Pepper Powder
4-5 Green Chillies
1 Tsp Kewda Water
1/4th Tsp Garam Masala Powder
2Tbsp Fresh Cream
Few Coriander Leaves
Ginger Juliennes for garnishing
