How to Cancel From a Closed Stance | Taekwondo Sparring Tips

Last week, we showed you three ways to cancel from an open guarding stance. This week, we're showing you how to cancel kicks from closed guarding stance. While this technique may not be used quite as much since it's easier to cancel from an open stance, it's important to be ready for any scenario.
