OUR GIVING GARDEN-FEEDING US & THE CHICKENS!

It’s mid September and I’m still harvesting..like really harvesting! The second planting of green beans is doing great, the peppers are amazing and believe it or not I’m still getting zucchini 😀
And I get to harvest some cute little pumpkins just to decorate!
The garden isn’t only feeding us. There’s plenty of kale for the chickens and ducks, they get all the cherry tomatoes that fall to the ground AND they’re still getting watermelon that we’ve previously harvested!
I also have my fingers crossed that the brassicas I planted awhile ago will actually give us a fall crop.

So much to be thankful for..the harvest, the weather and time with my feathered friends 🙏🥰
