Welcome to day 27 of the 30-day yoga challenge. Today we are combining the sequences from the last few days with a 45 min full body yoga flow. Within this class we bring together some of the poses that we practiced throughout the week so that we can do a little bit of a recap and revisit some of the skills that we focused on.

In this class we work towards Bird of Paradise, Flying Crow Pose and Dancer. Hopefully you will be familiar with some of the sequencing from the last week of the 30 day yoga challenge.
