An ultra-modern AC residential building is being built, to house 200 forsaken mothers at Gandhibhavan, a rehabilitation home here for elderly women, at an expense of Rs. 10 crore.

Provisions will be made in the new facility to accommodate bedridden patients and mothers. Yusuf Ali informed Gandhibhavan authorities that his intention was to provide good facilities for the forlorn mothers unto their last.
