RECIPE FOR STRAWBERRY MUFFINS (makes about 16 muffins)
ingredients:
dry ingredients
- 2 cups flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 cup sugar
wet ingredients
- 1 stick of butter
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 cups strawberries (diced)
directions:
1. preheat oven to 375 degrees FAHRENHEIT
2. whisk flour and baking powder together, set aside
3. separately, beat butter and sugar for ~2 minutes, add eggs one at a time, then add vanilla
4. combine dry and wet ingredients
5. add milk, mix thoroughly, then add strawberries
6. bake for 20 minutes
and done!!
