Frozen Fries But Make It Fancy

Since I’m making you use 13 spices, the least I can do is give you 13 uses for this spice blend. Here goes: these French fries (obvs); smash-roasted potatoes; popcorn; avocado toast; bagel with cream cheese and cucumbers; really ripe sliced tomatoes; crispy pan-roasted tofu; salmon donburi; mixed into yogurt for a quick dip; sprinkled over kettle chips that have been warmed in a toaster oven; on roasted peanuts for the most addictive bar snack ever; mixed into the breadcrumbs destined for a chicken cutlet; combined with hard boiled egg yolks and mayo when making deviled eggs. Didn’t think I could do it, didja???
