[No Music] How to make Garbanzo Tofu

This is the No music version of original Garbanzo Tofu video;)
   • Garbanzo Tofu ☆ ひよこ豆豆腐の作り方

Ingredients:

200g chickpeas
600ml water

Instructions:

1. soak chickpeas overnight
2. blend the chickpeas with 500ml water with blender.
3. pour the mixture into a mesh bag. rinse the container with 100 ml water and add the remaining water in the container into the mesh bag
4. strain well then heat it until it thickens
5. pour into cups and wait for about an hour or so.

「材料」
ひよこ豆　200g
水　600ml

「作り方」

１、ひよこ豆を一晩浸水し、水500mlと一緒にブレンダーにかけて滑らかにする。
２、ナッツミルクバッグや濾し袋などを使って絞る。この時に水100mlを使ってブレンダーに残ったひよこ豆を流すように出すと楽です。
３、とろみがつくまで弱火にかける。
４、容器に移して固まるまで１時間ほど待ちます。
