Welcome to Day 7 of the 15 min Mat Pilates Challenge, the final class of our week together.

This sequence of exercises will target the obliques and the glutes with a fair amount of side body work. We start quick and then close with some slow stretches.

It is appropriate for all levels, and those who are new to Pilates.

No props are required.
