(a) Offset Split Stance Snatch to OH Squat to OH Reverse Lunge (3/side)
(b) Offset Clean & Squat to Rack Reverse Lunge (3/side)
(c) Goblet Clean & Squat to Goblet Reverse Lunge (3 reps)
(d) Double Hand Swing (3 reps)
(e) Deadlift (3 reps)
