Make sure your hammock is even
Graib half of the hammock and sit into it. Pull it under your knees
Grab it with your thimbs and hold it tight to your bottom. Hold it slightly below your hips.
Gently lean backward and grab the both sides.
Keep your hands low and hold it tight. Leand backward while you straight your legs.
Open your legs and hang your knees
Make sure they are tight and bent down to your bottom.
Grab the hammock above you knees and pull up yourself.
You can help with your hip while streightening and opening your legs. Mobility movement. Push your hip forward.
Push the hammock to the side and lift your feet up to the hammock from the front side.
Repeat it on the other side.
Sit comfortly and relax for a second.
Lean gently backward and let go your legs to the front.
