So this is a thing that can happen. The JP version doesn't require you to do regionals or leagues, you can just enter Worlds straight away (it's not caused by the glitch, it's like that by default). The notes/route for doing the US version are at https://pastebin.com/ig2aEi7J. The JP route is the same, just with the cars you see bought here
