Big Block Ezgo - Blows out our Drive Hub Pt. 1

So we are still trying to get our Big Block EzGo out for a test drive with our new upgraded 780 Comet Clutch, after we installed the new parts the cart would hardly move. At first I thought it was the driven clutch but we actually completely blew out the driver rear hub. Because gas Ezgo carts cant have the limited slip kit installed we only have a "1 wheel wonder", only the electric Ezgo can install the limited slip kit.

So we clean up the garage and get the cart in there, jack up the cart and found the issue. In my defense I was not driving the cart when what we believed to be the "Clutch" but was actually the rear hub. The clutch was given us issues just before the hub blew. Very common problem on EzGo.

So a new Drum is on order as well as a new axle shaft with a bearing just to be safe. I have put countless hours into this machine and we want it up and running for Halloween Weekend.

(not 100% sure we need a new shaft but ordered it anyway so there is no reason we cant have this beast back on the road)
