On May 15th, 2018, we headed out to see the building of New York Atlantic Railway train RS80. When we got to Fresh Pond Yard, RS80's power was coming out of the yard. The power was NYAR 155, an MP15AC and NYAR 301, a PR20B. After those came out of the yard, they tied down at the east end of the yard to keep out of the way of the yard switcher. Next, the power that was going to build the RS80 came out of the yard. The power was NYAR 156 and 151, both MP15AC's. We stayed and watched the train get built and once the RS80 power backed into the yard to grab it's cars and start it's route, we left Fresh Pond and headed to Mineola to catch the RS80 and the RS51. That will be uploaded in another video. It was a fun night of railfanning in Fresh Pond!
