Ingredients

1/4 cup ( 2 tbsp)Wheat flour
Oil to cook
2.5 cup water

Veggies
Green garlic
1 tbsp Green coriander
2 green chillies
8-10 curry leaves

Dry spices
1/4 tsp Cumin seeds
1/2 tsp Red chilli powder
1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
3/4 tsp salt or salt to taste
8-10 kokam phool
