今回もご視聴誠にありがとうございます。
前回に引き続き、ショベルヘッドのフルカスタムを進めていきます。

今回は、ドライブチェーンを組付けしてホイールアライメントを調整していきます。以前の動画でご紹介したレーザーを使用します。簡単かつ確実に調整が可能です。

今回の動画の部分まで行って、ようやく外装の取り付けがスタートできます。エンジン、トランスミッション、ホイールの位置、スターターモーターなどは位置関係を変更することはできません。そのため、フルカスタムオーダーの場合は、まずこの位置関係を完璧に出すところからスタートします。

そして、当店のショベルのフルカスタムはスターターモーターを取り付けすることが大前提となります。それが一つのこだわりでもあります。
しかしながら、今回のショベルヘッドに付くトランスミッションはロータリートップの型式。このトランスミッションには適合するスターター取り付けキットがありません。なので、なんとか工夫して取り付けしてみたいと思っています。

Continuing from the last issue, we will continue with the full customization of the shovelhead.

This time, we will assemble the drive chain and adjust the wheel alignment. We will use the laser shown in the previous video. The adjustment is easy and reliable.

After we get to the part in this video, we can finally start installing the exterior. The positional relationship of the engine, transmission, wheel positions, and starter motor cannot be changed. Therefore, in the case of a full custom order, the first step is to perfect out this positioning relationship.

And the main premise of our full customization of shovels is to install a starter motor. That is one of the things we are particular about.
However, the transmission that comes with this excavator head is a rotary top model. There is no compatible starter installation kit for this transmission. So, we would like to try to devise some way to install it.
