今回もご覧いただき誠にありがとうございます。
当店の看板バイクであるXLH883。今回はクラッチの不具合でレッカーしました。

クラッチの切れ具合が急に悪くなり、ニュートラルも入らなくなってしまったとのこと。
一度当店によってもらい、遊びの調整を行ったのですが、しばらく走るとすぐにまた症状が戻ってしまったとのこと。そうなると、おそらく内部の不具合かなと。

そんなわけでクラッチ周りを分解してみると、クラッチのレリーズベアリングが壊れていました。
このパーツはけっこう壊れやすい部分です。
今回はついでにＶＰクラッチを取り付けました。

VＰクラッチはレバーが軽くなるだけではなく、クラッチのストロークが長くなるので、クラッチの調整がしやすくなります。さらには2000回転以上になると、ノーマルに比べてクラッチの圧力が約20％アップする強化クラッチでもあります。

The clutch was suddenly not disengaging properly and would not go into neutral.
We had him come to our store to adjust the play, but after a while, the symptoms came back again. So, we thought it was probably an internal problem.

So, I disassembled the clutch and found that the clutch release bearing was broken.
This part is quite fragile.
This time, I installed a VP clutch as well.

The VP clutch not only makes the lever lighter, but also makes the clutch stroke longer, making it easier to adjust the clutch. Furthermore, it is also a reinforced clutch that increases the clutch pressure by about 20% compared to the normal clutch when the RPM is over 2000.
