製作過程: 
将茄子切成长片儿
蝦仁中加入蔥,胡椒粉,雞蛋,鹽,澱粉,少許雞湯攪成蝦泥
將茄子片兒煎熟
雞蛋攪散後煎熟
烤盤底部鋪上煎好的茄子片,鋪上蛋片,在鋪上蝦泥,再舖一層煎好的茄子片
空气炸锅370度烤20-30分钟,因空气炸锅不同,烤的时间会不一样
烤熟后撒一层芝士,再烤3-5分钟即可

Cooking Process:
