You Will Need:

For the Dough
1 Cup of warm milk
1 Cup of warm water
3/4 Cup of vegetable oil
2 Tbsp Yogurt
1 tsp yeast
1 Tbsp of sugar
1 tsp salt
5 Cups of All Purpose Flour

For the Meat Pastry
1/2 lb Ground Beef
1/4 cup of diced onion
1 tomato diced
1/4 cup of aleppo pepper
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp All spice

For the Cheese Pastry
2 Cups of Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
2 Cups of Shredded Caso Fresco Cheese
2 Eggs
1 Cup of Chopped Italian Parsley
1 tsp black nigella seeds

For the Zaatar Pastry

1/2 Cup of Zaatar
Add Olive oil till you get the paste like consistency
