⦁ Advance Cut
⦁ Double Advance Cut
⦁ Repeated Cuts while Changing Distance
⦁ Lunge
⦁ Advance Lunge
⦁ Double Advance Lunge
⦁ Lunge, Early Cut
⦁ Advance Lunge, Early Cut
⦁ Half Step Back, Lunge, Closeout 4
⦁ Half Step Back, Lunge, Closeout 3

Try two sets of 10 reps each. Rest in between.

Stay Loose and Relaxed
Hold the Saber Lightly
Focus on Smooth Tip Movement Forward
Hold the Cut after Hitting
