HIGHLY REQUESTED BIRRIA QUESO TACOS Y CONSUME RECIPE + MUKBANG | Asmr 실제 요리 소리

*Makes approx 10-12 tacos

Ingredients:

3 Guajillo Chili (or California Chili)
3 Pasilla chili
3 Ancho chili
4 lbs Chuck roast
Kosher salt (You will need to adjust to your liking for salt)
black pepper
2 tbs beef bouillon (I used reduced sodium) or 2 beef boullion cubes
1 tbs dried oregano
1 tsp dried thyme (or fresh)
1/2 tsp ground cumin
1/4 tsp cinnamon (optional)
1/4 tsp ground all spice
3 bay leaves
1 large yellow onion
hand full fresh garlic (1 bulk)
1 med/large tomato
6-7 cups Water (in total- 2 cups to blend and 4-5 cups for slow cooker)

** I added about 3/4 cup of Vegetable oil to the slow cooker about 1/2 way while cooking so that I'd have enough oil for frying the tortillas



Other:

Corn tortillas
Monterey and pepper jack cheeses (mozzarella is what's tradition in the queso tacos)
EVOO
1 small bunch cilantro
1/2 med red onion diced
3 limes sliced
1 large avacado for guacamole (salt, cilantro, onion, lime juice)



-Be sure to remove all the seeds and stems from the chilis
-boil chilis approx 10 mins then allow the chili to steep (sit in hot water covered) for atleast another 10 mins
-Slow cook beef for 4-6 hours on HIGH (mine took 5 hours)
-OR slow cook beef 6-8 hours on LOW
-using some of the beef oil, fry the tortillias until you have a nice crisp shell
