CAJUN STUFFED SHRIMP WITH CRAB 먹방 MUKBANG + RECIPE

Ingredients/Recipe:

Crabmeat:

1 pound Jumbo Lump Crabmeat
1/2 cup mayo
18-20 crackers crushed (I used butter crackers)
1/2 tsp Old Bay
1 tbs Dijon or regular yellow mustard
1 tbs Worcestershire Sauce
1 large egg
Parsley flakes ( optional)


Shrimp:

12oz Jumbo Shrimp


Breading/Batter:

2 Cups All purpose Flour
2 Cups Cornmeal (I mixed a little Zatarain's Seasoned Cornmeal with plain cornmeal))
2-3 Eggs
1 Cup Milk

Cooking oil for deep frying @ 360 F for 4-5 mins
