How to make Easy Kurukku Kalan

Yam - 1 Cup
Raw Plantian( Nentra Kaya ) - 1 Nos
Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
Kashmiri chilli powder - 1/2 tsp
Pepper powder - 1 tsp
Salt - ( according to taste )
Water - 1 Cup
Coconut - 1 1/2 Cup
Cumin SEEDS - 3/4 tsp
green chillies - 3 nos
Ghee - 1 tsp
Curd - 2 Cups
Coconut oil - 11/2 tbs
Ghee - 3/4 tsp
Mustard Seeds - 1/2 tsp
Fenugreek - 1/2 tsp
Dry red chillies - 3 - 4 nos
Curry Leaves
