Eternal Sonata - Optional Boss: Annihilator

The final boss of Mysterious Unison, and a very dangerous opponent if you let things get out of hand. It has the same moveset as Ruined Body, but with vastly increased strength, to the point where you might not survive certain attacks at lower HP. The battlefield is also lacking a lamppost in the center, unlike every other fight in the dungeon, so keep that in mind when building a team for this boss.

Your best bet is to bring some combination of strong healing items and dedicated healers (or, if you're fighting it without a healer like I am, a lot of items); you're bound to have picked up a few Saint's Mirrors on your way here, and there's no reason not to use them in this fight. Viola and Beat are also good choices if you're having trouble, as Annihilator is slow and will have trouble staying in melee range against them.
