Somebody Help Me - original music video with DIY cajon

Описание к видео Somebody Help Me - original music video with DIY cajon

Somebody Help Me is an original guitar instrumental with an Epic 5k camera test thrown in.

A different approach to the 'video song' not using all the little squares. This one got angry halfway through -- I started it last Monday. If you do the math, you can probably figure out what it was that created that anger.

The included camera test is for my film Half-Life Rise-and-Shine, used to divide up the piece   / halfliferise  . I used the Epic at 5k, then cropped in for my 1080 to get the camera falling over effect. Of course I didn't really hit the camera; that's all composited.

The only other non-video song items are the words. Those are samples from some really old movies.

I DIY scratch built the cajon with the dragon seen at the start. The main guitar is an early 90s American Heavy Metal Fender Strat (most awesome neck!). The bass is a Texas made Robin V head. Guitar tone is from the clean channel of the Egnater with various upgraded NOS tubes being pushed. Using Session Drummer with the electronic kit.

The Kitty is; Pocky. She seems more interested in the unfinished Half-Life headcrab prop in the background, than the song creation process.
