Sergio Azzolari Montoldi is CEO of Roberto Cavalli, one of the most important fashion companies based in Milan that offers luxury fashion and accessories and has dressed Victoria Beckham, Gisele Bündchen, Naomi Campbell, Heidi Klum, Beyoncé Knowles-Carter, Shakira Ripoll, Irina Shayk, Taylor Swift, and Michelle Yeoh, among others. Mr. Azzolari is one of the most renowned managers in the fashion industry and is known for his ability to successfully transform brands and develop new market strategies. In addition, he is head coach of Rugby Lugano and won the LNB championship with the team in 2025.
Before becoming CEO of Roberto Cavalli, Mr. Azzolari was CEO of Dsquared2, a North American fashion company, after having served as general manager for Tod’s, Hogan, Fay, and Roger Vivier. Previously, he was senior vice president at Luxottica in the USA and for the Fornari Group in China, Spain, and the USA. Before that, Mr. Azzolari held leadership roles at Missoni, Fornari, Artsana, and Benetton. Mr. Azzolari began his career at Alpha Circuit.
Mr. Azzolari studied Oriental Languages at the Ca’ Foscari University of Venice.
