Mango Mousse Cheesecake is a delicious dessert that's a great favorite among many.

Ingredients:
I. Make the crumb base
Digestive biscuits - 155 gms
Melted butter : 5-6 tbsps

II. Make the double cream
Heavy whipping cream : 2 cups (Cold cream)
Powdered sugar: 1/2 cup
Vanilla extract: 1 tsp

III. Make the cheese filling & the mango puree
Gelatin powder: 5 tsps or Agar agar 2.5 tsps
Room temp water : 1/2 cup
Cream Cheese : 2 cups
Powdered sugar: 3/4 cups
Vanilla extract : 1 tsp
Mango puree : 2 cups

IV. Mango jelly for the topping
Gelatine: 2.5 - 3 tsps
Water at room temp: 1/2 cup
Mango pulp : 1 cup
