Susan is from Tulsa, Oklahoma. She was suffering from neck pain, weakness and uncontrolled neck movement in 2015. Two years of chiropractic treatment did not really help. After a cervical MRI in 2017, the diagnosis was Degenerative Joint Disease and surgery was recommended to fixate C3 through C7. The surgeon told her that she will have at least 50% relief of her symptoms. But when she woke up from surgery the pain was unimaginable. Despite heavy pain medication and Physical therapy the pain and movement continues. In 2019 the diagnosis changed to Cervical Dystonia. She was referred for Botox injections by pain management physician. This was repeated every 3 months with a dose of about 200 units each time through 2021 for a total of 1425 units by the time she found us for a solution. The Botox injections reduced the pain for a few weeks before the pain returned. She would count down the days till the next shot of Botox. The roller coaster of pain was too much.

Susan went through detailed diagnostic tests including our unique "Raman CCMD Protocol" of Physiologic Neuro Muscular Dental (PNMD) procedure to determine the optimal jaw alignment. She was then fitted with a neuromuscular fixed orthotic for 90 days. During this period she noticed that all of her symptoms were greatly improving.
