PEANUT BUTTER ROLLS
Ingredients:
For the dough:
½ cup warm water
1 tablespoon dry yeast
1 tablespoon sugar
1 ½ teaspoon salt
3/4 cup warm milk
⅓ cup sugar
¼ cup butter
2 beaten eggs
3-4 cups flour

Filling:
1 ½ cup sugar
½ cup butter
1 ½ smooth peanut butter
1 tablespoon vanilla

Directions:
Mix warm water, 1 tablespoon sugar and yeast. Let rest for 10 minutes. Then add salt, warm milk, ⅓ cup sugar, butter and eggs. Add flour as needed to get a firm dough. Once mixed, transfer to a larger bowl, cover and let rest for an hour.

Mix all the ingredients for the filling and set aside.

Once the dough is ready, separate into 2 pieces.
Roll the dough out to a 2mm thickness. Divide peanut butter filling between the two and spread evenly.
Roll the dough with filling, and cut equal pieces off with a string.
Place on a baking sheet. Let rest again for another 20 minutes (this can vary depending on the temperature of your kitchen). Once they have risen well, bake at 350 Fahrenheit until golden brown.
