Coriander Leaves – ¼ cup
Crushed Cumin Seeds – 1 tsp
Crushed Pepper – 1 tsp
Salt – as per taste

FOR SOUP:
Moong Dal Split – 3/4 cup
Salt – as per taste
Desi Ghee - 2 tbsp
Black Mustard Sead - 1 tsp
Heeng/Asafetida - 1/4 tsp
Garlic Cloves - 4 - 5 no
Green Chilly – 1 no
Ginger – 1 inch
Curry Leaves – 8-10 no
Onion - 1 no
Tomato - 2 no
Crushed Pepper – 1 tsp
Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
Kashmiri Red Chili powder - 1/2 tsp
Coriander Leaves
Lemon Juice - 2 tbsp
