Bonda Soup is a Karnataka special tiffin recipe which is filling and nourishing. The main ingredients used in this recipe are urad dal - for making the bondas and moong dal - for making the soup. Urad dal batter is used to make bondas and then they are dipped in a soup made with moong dal lentils. This can be enjoyed for breakfast or evening snacks or early dinners. You can have this bonda soup as is because it is rich in flavors. But if you are keen on making a side dish, you can try coconut chutney which goes pretty well with the soupy bondas.
