Follow with me in this 30 minute beginner (all levels) Tower and Cadillac workout to strengthen your body overall. We will create opposition, and work on lengthening the muscles for complete posture alignment. Best part is that you get to set the resistance for you, and either keep it a mild workout or encourage challenge. This is a great introduction to the Tower, and allows for a comfortable pace.
